Cancellation & Refund Policy (Shariah-Compliant)

At Multan Sweets, we strive to conduct all transactions with honesty, fairness, and transparency in accordance with Islamic business principles.

1. Order Cancellation by Customer

  • Customers may request cancellation of their order before it has been processed or shipped.
  • If payment has already been made and the order is canceled before processing, a full refund will be issued without any deduction.
  • Once an order has been shipped/dispatched, cancellation is no longer possible.

2. Refunds

  • Refunds will be made using the same payment method originally used by the customer.
  • Refunds will not include any transaction charges deducted by banks/payment gateways (if applicable), as these charges are not under our control.
  • Refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days.

3. Quality Guarantee

  • If a product is delivered in a damaged, spoiled, or defective condition, customers have the right to request a replacement or a refund.
  • Claims must be made within 24 hours of delivery, along with proof (photo/video) of the issue.
  • In line with Islamic ethics, we will ensure customers are not wronged in any way.

4. Fairness & Transparency

  • We do not withhold customer rights unfairly.
  • No hidden deductions or penalties will be applied except for actual costs incurred (e.g., courier return charges, payment gateway fees).
  • Both parties are encouraged to act in good faith and honesty, as taught in Shariah.

5. Force Majeure

  • In case of unavoidable circumstances (natural disasters, strikes, etc.) that prevent order fulfillment, we will either:
    • Refund the amount, or
    • Deliver the order at a later agreed date, with the customer’s consent.
