Please read these terms carefully to understand your rights and obligations. Our aim is to be transparent and ensure you have a trustworthy, hassle-free shopping experience. 1. Use of Our Website

  • Eligibility: By using our site, you confirm that you are at least the age of majority in your region (or have parental consent if you are a minor). You agree not to use this site for any unlawful purpose.
  • Account Security: If you create an account, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login details and for restricting access to your account. All activities under your account are your responsibility.

2. Products and Orders

  • Product Authenticity: We guarantee that all sweets are made according to traditional recipes with high-quality ingredients. There may be slight variations in appearance since our products are handcrafted, but taste and quality remain consistent.
  • Placing an Order: Once you place an order on our website, you will receive an order confirmation via email/SMS. This confirms that we have received your order. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order if, for example, the item is unavailable or payment is not verified. In such cases, we will notify you and refund any payment made.
  • Pricing: All prices are listed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). Prices are inclusive of any applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. We strive to ensure accurate pricing; however, in the rare event of a pricing error, we will contact you with the correct price and you may choose to proceed or cancel the order.

3. Payment Terms

  • Payment Methods: We accept multiple payment options for your convenience, including major credit/debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, etc.), digital wallets, and Cash on Delivery (COD). For online payments, your order will be processed once the transaction is successfully completed. For COD, please ensure someone is available to pay in cash upon delivery.
  • Secure Payments: Your online payment information is handled securely. Our payment gateway is encrypted and PCI-compliant to protect your card data. We do not store your full credit card details on our servers.
  • Payment Issues: If your payment is declined or faces an issue, please check with your bank or try an alternate method. Orders will only be confirmed upon successful payment (or acceptance of COD). We reserve the right to cancel orders that are unpaid or suspected of fraudulent activity (you will be informed in such cases).

4. Shipping & Delivery

  • Shipping Areas: We currently deliver across Pakistan to all major cities and regions. (At this time, we do not offer international shipping – stay tuned as we expand!).
  • Delivery Time: Once your order is confirmed, we typically process and dispatch it within 1-2 business days. After dispatch, delivery usually takes 2–5 business days depending on your location (often 2-3 days for major cities). Please note that delivery could be affected by unforeseen circumstances like weather, public holidays, or courier delays. We will inform you if we anticipate any significant delay.
  • Shipping Charges: We offer free shipping on orders above Rs. 3,000. For orders below this amount, a reasonable flat shipping fee (shown at checkout) will apply. All shipping costs, if any, will be clearly indicated before you finalize your order.
  • Free Shipping Offer: If your order qualifies for free shipping (over Rs. 3,000), the discount is automatically applied at checkout. This offer may be subject to change for promotions or special circumstances, but any changes will be clearly advertised.
  • Order Tracking: As soon as we dispatch your order, we will send you a shipment notification with a tracking number via SMS or email. You can use this tracking number on the courier’s website to follow your package’s journey until it arrives. Our goal is to keep you informed and excited for your delivery!
  • Delivery Conditions: Our deliveries are handled by reputable courier partners. Please ensure that the delivery address you provide is accurate and that someone is available to receive the package. If no one is available, the courier may attempt re-delivery or contact you (so keep your phone reachable). For COD orders, failure to accept and pay for the order upon delivery may result in cancellation and could affect your ability to place COD orders in the future.

5. Packaging and Gifting

  • Standard & Premium Packaging: We take pride in our packaging. Sohan Halwa and other sweets are sealed in air-tight tin containers by default to preserve freshness and quality. We also offer a Premium Gift Box option at product page for an elegant presentation – perfect for gift-giving. Both packaging options ensure your sweets arrive in perfect condition and look beautiful when unwrapped.
  • Gift Messages: Want to send a personal note with your gift? We provide an option at checkout to include a custom gift message. We will print your message on a charming card and include it in the package at no extra charge. Please make sure to review your message for any errors – we will print it exactly as entered. We reserve the right to refuse printing messages that contain offensive or inappropriate content.

6. Returns, Refunds & Replacements

  • Perishable Products – No Returns: Due to the perishable nature of our sweets, we do not accept returns once the product has been delivered. Edible items cannot be restocked or resold for safety reasons. We kindly ask you to be sure of your order before confirming.
  • Damages or Errors: Your satisfaction is our priority. In the unlikely event that you receive the wrong item, or if your order arrives in a damaged or spoiled condition, please notify us within 24 hours of delivery. Contact our customer support with your order number and details of the issue (photos if possible). We will promptly investigate and, if we find an error on our part, we will offer a free replacement or a full refund as appropriate.
  • Refund Process: If a refund is approved (for example, for an incorrect or damaged item), it will be processed to your original method of payment. Please allow a few business days for the refund to reflect in your account. For COD orders, we will arrange an alternative refund method (such as bank transfer or store credit) since no electronic payment was initially made.
  • Exchanges: Unfortunately, we do not accept exchanges of sweets (swapping one product for another) once sold, due to their perishable nature. If you wish to get a different product, you would need to place a new order for that item.
  • Order Cancellations: If you need to cancel or modify your order, please contact us as soon as possible. We can accommodate cancellations only before your order has been shipped. Once dispatched, cancellations are not possible. (For prepaid orders, a cancellation refund will be issued minus any applicable transaction fees if the order hadn’t shipped yet.)

7. Privacy & Data Protection

  • Personal Information: Your privacy is extremely important to us. Any personal details you provide (such as name, address, phone, email, and payment info) will be used solely to process and deliver your order, or to assist you with any inquiries. We handle this information in accordance with our Privacy Policy (see below). By using our site, you consent to the collection and use of information as outlined in the Privacy Policy.
  • Data Security: We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your data during transmission and storage. 8. Limitation of Liability

  • Allergy Disclaimer: Our sweets often contain nuts, dairy, and other allergens (like wheat in some recipes). If you have food allergies, please read product descriptions carefully or contact us for details before ordering. We are not liable for any allergic reactions – customer discretion is advised.
  • Service Availability: We strive to keep our website up and running 24/7, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. There might be occasional downtime for maintenance or technical issues.
  • Indirect Damages: Multan Sweets will not be responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or products. Our maximum liability to you in any case is the value of the order you placed with us.
  • External Links: Any links to third-party sites (for example, payment gateways or social media) are provided for convenience. We do not have control over those sites, and you use them at your own risk subject to their terms.
